  • How do I place an order?

You can do so by ordering through our online store or visiting our store located at 77 Jalan Malu-Malu.

  • Looking for something not listed?

If you're looking for something that is not listed on our website, kindly contact us for more details. 

  • What are the available modes of payment?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayNow. 

DELIVERY / SELF-COLLECTION

  • Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, a minimum order of $30 applies. All orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance before delivery / self-collection dates.

  • When will I receive my order?

Deliveries are made on Wednesday and Saturdays, 10am - 5pm.

To maintain efficiency in our services to you, we would not be able to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries. Any special request in timing or days, we would require you to arrange your own delivery. 

* In case of wet weather situations, there can be a delay in delivery. We will let you know about this in advance if your order is affected.

  • I need an urgent delivery!

Kindly contact us with your order list. Items are subjected to availability. There will be an additional charge of $20 for urgent deliveries. 

  • What are the charges for deliveries?

Delivery is free for non-frozen orders above $90 and frozen orders above $120. Otherwise, a charge of $4.50 and $12 applies respectively.

  • Can I do self-collection?

Yes! Self-collection is available at our store located at 77 Jalan Malu-Malu during our operation hours. 

EXCHANGE / REFUNDS

  • There is a mistake with my order, what should I do?

All orders are checked and ensured quality prior to delivery. However, in the event that your product is missing or damaged, kindly contact us via Whatsapp at 9647 8786 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Alternatively, you may also reach out to us through Instagram at @pawff.sg, or drop us an email at info@pawffsg.com

  • Can I exchange or refund my purchases?

Raw products and perishables are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable after order confirmation. 

For other merchandises, we offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credits or exchange for a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchange
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Products not allowed for exchange or return: Dfang products, mats, beds and bowls

If your product was purchased in-store, please provide your receipt and product in its original packaging when you return to the store.

If your product was purchase online, please drop us an email at info@pawffsg.com with a detailed description, along with an attachment of a clear image of the defected product.

Exchanges must be made within 7 working days after we get in touch with you. Any delivery charges incurred during the exchange will be borne by the customer.

We will do our best to ensure smooth facilitation of any exchanges or refunds.

  • What are your operating hours?

We are open on Thursdays and Fridays, 1pm - 4pm , Saturdays and Sundays, 1pm - 8pm. Kindly note that we are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We are conveniently located 10 mins away from Canberra MRT and Sembawang Shopping Centre at 77 Jalan Malu-Malu, Singapore 769687.

Enter from Jalan Sendudok and turn into the carpark between D'Banyan & Happy Village Coffeeshop. Free parking is available.
